Alan T. Holt, is a long time resident of Volusia County. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Volusia County.
Mr. Holt works side-by-side with the victims and their families to protect their legal rights. Mr. Holt believes it is important to speak with each and every client.
Mr. Holt has also been an adjunct professor at Daytona State College since 2003. He has taught various courses in the paralegal program. Mr. Holt is a member of the Volusia County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Holt is an avid swimmer who has participated in various types of swimming events from triathlons to the annual National Lifeguarding Championships.
